Photography: Case Study 1: Showcase Custom Electric Shades in a Custom-Built Home This was a beautiful house up in the Oakland Hills with views of 5 bridges and over-180-degree panaoramic view of the San Francisco Bay. The client wanted to highlight the newly installed custom electric shades that can be remotely controlled by a single button. Timing had to be just right to capture both the setting sun and the shades gliding down from their recessed compartments tucked in the perimeter of the ceiling throughout. The house has been published in the architectural digest and featured in the architect's porttfolio book. Simply stunning!

Photography: Case Study 3: 747 Edward Werth Dr., Rodeo, CA A client entrusted the sale of his property to me, and after my initial preview, I knew that the interior needed to be re-painted, and some minor fixes needed to be done. With the help of a stager, she and I collaborated on a cohesive color palette that is appealing and staging with furniture, live plants and some carefully selected artwork. The result: 10 days on the market and it got SOLD!Photography and graphic design by Jojo Soriano
